GHS vs. Ft. Payne and Hayden Contest

Friday

Call time for Friday's home game vs. Ft. Payne is 5:30. Students should eat before they come to the school at 5:30. They should wear their gray band t-shirt.



Saturday

Call time the Hayden Contest this Saturday will be 2:15. We will have a short rehearsal at the stadium. The boosters will provide a meal for the students before we leave. We will perform at 6:40 p.m. The stadium at Hayden is not at the high school. It is behind their elementary school on 160.

Saturday Schedule:  
2:15     Call time- Rehearsal/Run through at stadium/Load instrument trailer
3:30     Eat
4:15     Load buses/check roll
4:30     Leave
5:00     Arrive at Hayden/use restroom/unload instruments
5:45     Line up to move to warm-up
5:55     Warm-up
6:25     Walk to stadium
6:40     Peformance
6:50     Load equipment onto trailer/change clothes
7:00     Walk back to stadium
7:45     Watch Hayden
8:20     Awards Ceremony
8:40     Load buses/check roll/Leave
9:30     Arive at GHS (arrival time back at GHS is approximate-we are at the mercy of the
            competition to stay on schedule)
